2008 Triathlon Training Camp by Beachside TriSport -
Suzanne Coullias & Becky Moody, USAT Certified Coaches Train with a motivating group for the 2008 Health First Health Plans Triathlon to be held on Sunday, October 5th.
Olympic Distance Program starts Sat., July 19th for 12 weeks
Sprint Distance Program starts Sat., August 9th for 9 weeks

Swim Clinic

Chris Crotty and Annette Pallowick will be offering a swim clinic beginning Tuesday, March 11th. The clinic will meet every Tuesday, except April 1st, at Indian Harbour Beach Gleason Park Pool. Meeting time will be 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.  Dixie Divers', Jim Flynn, will take under water video of swimmers to help participants improve technique on Sunday, March 16th.   The fee will be $100.00 including the video.  This is a great clinic for beginners in the sport and past triathlon participants who want to improve their swimming skills. We work on stroke technique, skills needed for a successful triathlon swim, and endurance.  The link below, will take you to the web page with the registration form link in the left margin.  Please call Annette at 321-777-5974 if you have any questions or have any suggestions that will help us with your athletes.
